- When your booking is confirmed you will receive a form by email which you will show us upon your arrival at Le Mandrie
- Remember that at the time of your confirmation we will require payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount.

Reservation Regulations.
2023:
From 06/04/2023 to 10/04/2023 flexible cancellation 7 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 7 days before arrival).
From 11/04/2023 to 15/05/2023 flexible cancellation 3 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 3 days before arrival)
From 16/05/2023 to 15/09/2023 flexible cancellation 7 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 7 days before arrival).
From 09/16/2023 to 11/01/2023 flexible cancellation 3 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 3 days before arrival).
In case of cancellations made without respecting the rules listed above, the entire cost of the reservation will be charged.
If the customer does not cancel the reservation and does not come to occupy the room reserved for him, he will still have to pay the full cost of the stay.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEE:
The customer pays the total amount if he cancels at any time after booking.
Useful things to know
Train station: in Montelupo Fiorentino (10 km from the farm). Bus service: 300 meters from the farm, which connects us to the center of Florence. Hospital: in Empoli (13 km from the farm)
To reach the center of Florence, in addition to road connections, there is also the possibility of using the train, leaving your car at the Montelupo Fiorentino or Lastra a Signa station which are very well connected to the Central Station of Florence and have free parking
To reach Siena you can use the train from Castelfiorentino with a quick and cheap connection that avoids the search for parking.

Is it possible to host dogs or other animals on the farm during the stay?
It is not possible to accommodate dogs or other animals inside the farmhouse: we thank you for your kind understanding.
