- 30% deposit of the total sum, to be paid on confirming your reservation or you will be asked for a credit card number to guarantee your reservation.

Terms and conditions:
- When your booking is confirmed you will receive a form by email to be handed in at the check-in desk.
- Remember that we require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of confirmation of your booking
- Payments are accepted by credit card. Contact us for information on alternative methods of payment.
Cancellation Policy
2025:
- From 02/04/2025 to 17/04/2025 flexible cancellation 3 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 3 days before arrival).
- From 04/18/2025 to 09/15/2025 flexible cancellation 7 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 7 days before arrival).
- From 09/16/2025 to 11/01/2025 flexible cancellation 3 days (The customer can cancel for free up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 3 days before arrival).
In case of cancellations made without respecting the rules listed above, the entire cost of the reservation will be charged.
If the customer does not cancel the reservation and does not come to occupy the room reserved for him, he will still have to pay the full cost of the stay.NON-REFUNDABLE FEE:
The customer pays the total amount if he cancels at any time after booking.
